I'll admit that being a mother has it's challenges, but most of the time I can't help thanking the Lord for this beautiful little girl! She is so vibrant and full of joy! And she's so smart! She loves to flip through books and look at the pictures.
Today she watched me make sock puppets and wanted some of her own, so I obliged her. She wasn't quite sure what to do when she got them on, but it was so much fun to watch.
She is getting really good at folding her arms. This wonderful child just touches my heart every time she does this. My mother-in-law gave me a beautiful drawing by my former institute teacher's wife that I love. It shows Jesus holding a small baby in his arms. Every morning I try to tell her to look around her room and find Jesus, and sure enough she'll find him. She even pointed to him in a picture in our primary room. I know she knows who our Savior and Heavenly Father are. She is my greatest blessing!
